I’m Anna Rose, and I’ve dedicated the past decade to the counseling profession. My journey began with a deep passion for helping others understand their emotions, feelings, and perspectives in life. During my years in the academe, I saw firsthand how vital counseling is—not just for students, but also for their loved ones—to provide the support they need. Now, as a mother, I’m even more committed to continuing this meaningful work. Through new and accessible platforms, I hope to reach and help even more individuals who are seeking guidance and understanding.
Counseling has been my passion ever since I was first introduced to the field of psychology. Growing up in a family and environment that nurtured strong values and a positive outlook on life has greatly shaped the way I connect with and support my clients. I strive to be an empathetic listener and create a safe, confidential space for every individual I work with—qualities my clients have often highlighted in their feedback. For me, the most fulfilling part of this profession is seeing those who once sought guidance find their footing, regain their strength, and thrive in their own unique paths.
