I’m John Paul Leabres, but most people call me Jeff. I’ve always been driven by a deep desire to help others navigate the complexities of life. I approach every situation by seeing it through the lens of the person I’m supporting, striving to understand their unique experiences and challenges.

Outside of counseling, music, books, and a good movie have always been staples in my life, offering inspiration and balance. I hope to continue growing in this field and, one day, share my insights through writing to help even more people. My goal is to create a space where clients feel truly seen and understood, guiding them toward clarity and growth.
