What to Expect in a Session
Your first session is about getting to know each other. Your therapist will ask about what brought you here, your background, and what you're hoping to get from therapy. There's no pressure to share everything at once.
Follow-up sessions are guided by your needs. Your therapist might introduce coping techniques, help you identify patterns in your thinking, or simply give you space to process what you're feeling. The pace is always yours.
Sessions are 50 minutes, held via Google Meet. You'll receive a meeting link before each session. All you need is a private space, a stable internet connection, and the willingness to show up.
