Couples Therapy
Every relationship hits rough patches. The difference is whether you work through them together or let them pile up. Saya connects couples with licensed Filipino therapists who help you communicate better, rebuild trust, and actually hear each other.
Both partners join a Google Meet session together — 50 minutes, from wherever you are. Your therapist is a neutral guide, not a referee.

You don't need to be on the verge of breaking up to benefit from couples therapy. Many couples come in early — when patterns are forming but haven't hardened into habits yet.
You keep having the same argument and nothing changes
Trust has been broken and you're trying to rebuild
You feel emotionally disconnected from your partner
You're preparing for marriage and want a strong foundation
You're navigating co-parenting challenges
You want to learn how to communicate without fighting
What to Expect
The first session is about understanding your relationship — how you met, what's working, and what's not. Your therapist listens to both sides without taking one. It's a safe space for both of you.
In follow-up sessions, your therapist helps you identify communication patterns, unspoken expectations, and the underlying needs behind your conflicts. You'll practice new ways of talking and listening — tools you can use outside of sessions.
Both partners join the same Google Meet call. Sessions are 50 minutes. Your therapist may occasionally suggest brief individual check-ins, but the core work happens together.
