    I had a really helpful first session. The psychologist was attentive, calm, and created a safe space for me to open up. She helped me understand my reactions through a trauma-informed lens and guided me toward self-awareness rather than judgment. I appreciated how she asked thoughtful questions, validated my experiences, and gave concrete grounding exercises and reflections to work on. I left the session feeling more oriented, supported, and clearer about the next steps in my healing process. The flow of her therapy sessions are: the first session focused on getting to know my background and concerns (I booked the Psych Intake Evaluation), the second will be a Standard Session for creating a treatment plan, and the succeeding sessions will focus on ongoing therapy.

    Hi, I'm Camille, a Registered Psychologist and Psychometrician who has worked across therapy rooms, HR offices, and community settings. My journey into psychology started back in college โ€” funnily enough, I chose it thinking it had less Math, only to discover subjects like Statistics and Psychological Assessment waiting for me. Still, I powered through because deep down, I knew I wanted to help people and understand what shapes their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. What keeps me grounded in this work is seeing people carry the meaningful changes they experience in therapy into their daily lives. I know that reaching out for help can be difficult, so it motivates me to keep creating a safe space where anyone can show up as they are without fear or judgment. Outside of work, I enjoy quiet moments with family, watching movies, and engaging in community work. Therapy isn't about finding faults or fixing what feels broken; it's about having the space to breathe, reflect, and rediscover yourself. I'm here to walk with you, not fix you. While I draw on evidence-based methods, I don't believe in cookie-cutter approaches. Our work will reflect who you are and what you need. If something isn't working, we'll adapt together.
