Hi, I'm Desiree. I have always been drawn to meaningful conversations. I love listening to people's stories and experiences without realizing the comfort those conversations brought. That love for connection fueled my passion into helping people. My biggest motivation is to continually serve my purpose by providing a safe space to people where they feel safe, understood, and supported. I aspire to make people feel seen, heard, valued and to help reclaim themselves in their suffering. In my free time, I enjoy reading books, watching rom-com series, traveling and trying something new. To people who want to start their therapeutic process, I want you to know that you don't have to know it all or to have everything figured out before reaching out. Counseling is a collaborative journey. I will meet you where you are, walk alongside you to support you as you uncover parts of yourself, explore experiences, and discover strengths that could lead to possible change.

Therapy can be challenging and intimidating. I hope to make people see it as a space of hope. I provide a safe space where you can feel safe enough to be human and vulnerable, where you can feel heard, seen and supported. We work together in exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without pressure or judgment. We will also work on recognizing your strengths and build hope for growth and change. I will help you to foster understanding, and guide you toward a deeper sense of self-awareness, empowerment, and well-being.
