    I appreciate how Ms. Chi handles our conversational dynamic. I am a type of person that when I start talking, I can‘t stop. But even so, I never felt that she was not present and that I am doing a monologue. It also helps that Saya offers online consultations/sessions. This really works for OFWs such as myself. I can schedule whenever date I want and it really works for me especially that I have a type of work that does shifting. Thank you, Saya!

    Hello! My name is Chi. I've always valued relationships and the people around me, which inspired me to become a psychologist. I've encountered many who quietly carry their struggles on their own, and I wanted to create a non-judgmental and supportive space where they can unburden and feel heard and understood. My biggest motivation in therapy is witnessing clients grow toward the kind of life they want for themselves, sometimes starting with the brave step of reaching out.

    I believe in creating a non-judgmental safe space where we can work together through collaborative problem-solving. My approach includes compassionate reframing of perspectives, exploration of personal patterns, and strengths-focused empowerment. I adapt my methods to what works best for you, drawing from evidence-based techniques while keeping the process warm, supportive, and grounded in genuine care for your well-being.
