About Czarina Giangan, RPsy
Hi, I'm Czar. I get a sense of fulfillment helping those who are struggling and having trouble making sense of their experiences. When a client leaves a session with a better reflection and understanding of their own thoughts and behaviors, seeing them radiating with a smile on their face, that feels fulfilling.
Outside of sessions, I enjoy road trips to places I've never been, baking, cooking pasta dishes, and recently, I've been loving tennis.
My professional goal is to be an effective therapist to my clients, to understand them and help them navigate their struggles and difficulties. Personally, my ambition is to do all my hobbies, work, and being a psychologist without feeling burned out and overwhelmed, and still have time to spend with my family and loved ones.
Expect our sessions to be confidential and a judgment-free space. You can treat me as your friend, a friend who listens deeply but also isn't afraid to gently point out a pattern you might be missing. I will challenge you, but in a way that encourages reflection rather than confrontation, at a pace that is comfortable for you. More than anything, I see therapy as a steady, respectful space where you can understand yourself better, feel heard, and slowly reconnect with parts of you that may have been ignored or lost along the way.
My Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is not so much about following a fixed method, but rather encouraging and creating a space for you to be vulnerable, acknowledge, and hear yourself - maybe for the first time in a long time. My approach is grounded on respect and a pace that is comfortable for you. No need to rush, whenever you are ready.
I may gently challenge patterns when it feels helpful, but never in a way that overwhelms or takes away your sense of control. You decide what feels safe to explore. More than anything, I see therapy as a steady, respectful space where you can understand yourself better, feel heard, and slowly reconnect with parts of you that may have been ignored or lost along the way.
