About Mara Flores, RPsy
I'm Mara. I have always been fascinated by the complexity of humans—how we respond to different situations and our capacity to grow and find meaning throughout our lives.
My interest in pursuing psychology emerged from my curiosity to understand people, particularly the influences and motivations behind their behavior and feelings, and how each of us is unique. Having worked in a government hospital and seeing how communities have limited access to quality mental health services sparked my passion to provide a safe space for Filipinos from all walks of life as they navigate their personal struggles through therapy.
My Approach to Therapy
I am deeply committed to fostering a warm and empathetic space where I accompany you as you move through overwhelming periods of distress at your own pace, with clarity and resilience.
