    Been 2 years since my last psych session, and it was that long because I thought I could do it on my own. Something happened recently that pushed me to look for help, and I'm glad Cael was who I matched to work with. Thankful for how natural he was in communicating with me and gave me more insight than I would have if I did things alone. Highly highly recommend.

    Hindi po talaga ako comfortable mag-share ng personal feelings ko sa ibang tao kasi natatakot ako ma-judge or hindi maintindihan. Pero during our sessions, naging comfortable po akong mag-open up sa inyo kasi na-feel ko na safe ako magsalita and hindi ako jina-judge. Malaking help po yun sakin kasi kahit papaano gumaan yung pakiramdam ko and mas naging aware ako sa sarili kong emotions. tinago ko ng matagal kase pakiramdam ko walang sense kahit mag share ako kase iisa lang iniisip na ng tao tungkol saken. Thank you po kase kahit papaano nabawasan iniisip ko kahit ba medyo mabigat pa din talaga at keast nabawasan.

    As someone seeing a psychiatrist for the first time, I wasn't sure what to expect but this has been a genuinely positive experience. I've been going through a really difficult time, and having someone who encourages me to open up and share what's on my mind has made all the difference. Nothing feels rushed, and the session ended with everything I came in with actually addressed. What I appreciate most is the practical, realistic advice. My concerns and the scenarios I bring up are met with guidance that actually makes sense for my situation. I've also come away with a much better understanding of what I'm experiencing mentally, which has been incredibly grounding. For anyone considering it for the first time, I'd say go for it. I'm grateful for the care and attentiveness.

    Hello, my name is Cael. ๐Ÿƒ I've always been drawn to one-on-one conversations, the kind where people feel safe enough to speak their truth and make sense of what they're carrying. Before becoming a psychologist, I was actually preparing for a very different path in the corporate world. Fortunately, discernment caught up with me, and I eventually found my way to a space that feels deeply aligned with who I am and what I care about. Therapy has become one of the clearest expressions of my purpose. I care deeply about helping people feel less alone in what they are experiencing, while supporting them in moving toward greater self-congruence, psychological flexibility, and more meaningful choices in their lives. Outside of therapy, you can usually find me being a foodie, playing online games solo or with friends, watching or reading things for both learning and leisure, playing sports (basketball and badminton), or dancing. Of course, spending time with loved ones will always be a given. For those considering counseling with me, the only thing I want you to know is that coming as you are is already a great place to start. ๐Ÿค

    My Approach to Therapy

    My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in the belief that people are not "broken" โ€” and therapy is not about "fixing" them. In our sessions, we make space for what feels important โ€” thoughts, emotions, questions, experiences, or parts of life that may feel difficult to hold alone. I pay close attention to how language shapes the way you relate to yourself and others, as the words we use often carry the meanings, expectations, and stories we have learned to live by. My role is to help you slow things down, notice what's happening, and better understand what underlies your experiences. From there, we can explore steps that feel workable and aligned with what matters to you. I don't see therapy as a place where you need to perform, impress, or have everything figured out. It is a space where we can look at things together with curiosity and see what makes sense to do next. ๐Ÿƒ
